500g. farina manitoba
4 g. lievito di birra secco
2 cucchiai zucchero
150 panna
100 yogurt
50 g. acqua
30 g. burro
1 uovo
1 cucchiaino sale
Granelli di pepe
Mettete nella ciotola dell’ impastatrice ; la farina, il lievito , lo zucchero e il sale.
Fate intiepidire in un pentolino ; la panna, lo yogurt, il burro e l’ acqua.
Versate questi liquidi nell’ impastatrice e aggiungete anche l’ uovo.
Impastate per 5 minuti o fin quando diventerà una bella pasta liscia e ben amalgamata.
Lasciate lievitare per 1 ora.
Sgonfiate leggermente la pasta e dividetela in 24 pezzi da 50 g. circa l’ uno.
Formate delle palline leggermente ovali . Lasciate lievitare per altri 15 minuti coperti .
Tagliate gli angoli per fare le orecchie e fate dei buchetti per gli occhi dove infilerete in profondità un granello di pepe .
Cuoceteli a 225° in forno caldo per 15 minuti o a doratura .
Lasciateli raffreddare completamente prima di mangiarli . Usateli per fare i panini per un picnic campagnolo..
