Lunette con noci e caffè…
200 g. farina 00
125 burro
30 g. zucchero
60 g. noci macinate
1 rosso d’uovo
2 cucchiaini caffè solubile ( tipo nescafè)
2 cucchiaini di acqua calda
¼ di cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
1 pizzico sale
100 g. zucchero in polvere
In una ciotola lavorate il burro ammorbidito con la farina e lo zucchero, fino a formare delle briciole ,aggiungete le noci macinate fini ,il rosso d’ uovo, il lievito , il sale e i cucchiaini di caffè solubile sciolto nell’ acqua calda.
Lavorate l’ impasto molto velocemente finchè diventerà omogeneo.
Mettete l’ impasto coperto in frigo per 30 minuti.
Prendete l’ impasto e formate delle palline che poi arrotolerete a forma di mezza luna da 5 cm . circa.
Man mano che li fate adagiateli su una teglia foderata con carta da forno .
Cuocete le lunette a 180° in forno già caldo per 12 minuti
Lasciateli raffreddare molto bene e spolverateli di zucchero a velo.
